Sh. Shrivallabh Goyal is a highly experienced professional with a strong educational background, and he has been associated with the Reliance Group for over two decades. His qualifications, including a Master's Degree in Commerce, Chartered Accountancy, Company Secretary, LLB, and an Honorary Doctorate, along with his management education from IIMA, demonstrate his expertise and commitment to his field.

He is described as an astute finance and commercial professional with over 35 years of diverse and extensive experience in experience across various significant areas with multiple corporates of India like JK Cement, Reliance Industries etc.

His long-term association with MET City, dating back to its inception, underscores his deep commitment and expertise in contributing to the development of one of India's fastest-emerging Smart Cities, Reliance MET City. Under his leadership, the city has garnered numerous accolades and awards, recently achieving the prestigious IGBC Platinum rating with the highest score in India.

His leadership and unwavering dedication are instrumental in propelling the growth and success of the Smart City Project, positioning it as a notable undertaking in India's urban development landscape. His extensive experience within the Reliance Group makes him a valuable asset to the organization.

Manish Jaiswal is an accomplished business leader with over two decades of experience in real estate development, business strategy, project acquisitions, funding, revenue growth and P&L management. He brings a strong track record of building and scaling multi-city real estate platforms, driving business growth and translating strategy into disciplined execution.

As Chief Executive Officer of Model Economic Township Limited (METL), Manish leads the organisation with a focus on accelerating growth, strengthening the platform and creating sustainable, long-term value. His expertise spans the entire real estate lifecycle from project acquisition, funding, product strategy and planning to sales, execution and customer delivery—across residential, industrial, commercial and land-led developments, including premium and luxury assets.

Over the course of his career, Manish has led the acquisition, development and growth of multiple projects across cities, building and scaling multi-billion-dollar real estate portfolios across diverse asset classes. He has also built and managed large cross-functional teams, mentoring hundreds of professionals and fostering a culture anchored in accountability, data-led decision-making, collaboration and execution excellence.

Prior to joining METL, Manish held CEO positions with Eldeco Group and Tribeca Developers, where he led the launch of the landmark Trump Towers developments in Gurugram and Kolkata. Earlier in his career, he held leadership and strategic roles with M3M India, InterContinental Hotels Group and Unitech.

Manish holds a PGDM in Strategy & Finance from IIM Calcutta and a Bachelor of Engineering from NSIT, University of Delhi.

With his extensive experience in building and scaling real estate businesses, Manish is focused on advancing MET City’s next phase of growth as a future-ready, integrated business and urban ecosystem.

An accomplished finance professional with over two decades of experience, he brings expertise in financial strategy, business planning, corporate finance, governance and business performance across the real estate, manufacturing and consumer sectors.

He joined Model Economic Township Limited (METL) in July 2023 and leads the finance function, focusing on financial discipline, strategic decision-making and sustainable business growth.

Prior to METL, he held key roles with Krisumi Corporation, Prateek Group and Emaar India, building extensive experience in the financial and commercial management of large-scale real estate businesses. Earlier in his career, he worked with Bosch Limited, Unilever and Xpro India Limited, a Birla Group company.

With strong financial and commercial acumen, he is focused on building a robust financial framework that supports MET City’s growth, strengthens governance and enables long-term value creation.

Mr Rakesh Sinha heads the infrastructure function at METL . He has done his B Tech (Civil) from NIT Patna & M Tech (Civil) from IIT-Roorkee with a professional qualification from IIM Bangalore. He has more than 25 years of rich experience in the field of infrastructure, township projects, Industrial infrastructure project, mega scale project in refinery, polyester and petrochemicals project planning, execution, management as well as contract administration.

Mr Sinha is a veteran in Reliance. Having joined Reliance as a PGET (Post Graduate engineer trainee) in 1995, he has been involved in various projects at Jamnagar and has expertise in development & Management of construction services. This include project management, contractor analysis & selection; scheduling and budget management; SHE management; vendor development, procurement, contract & site administration and commissioning. He was Senior Project Leader at RPMG ( Reliance Project Management Group) at Jamnagar before moving to the METL project.
